As part of the Red Beach development by Fletcher Living, Natural Habitats was engaged to complete landscape installation for stand-alone and terraced houses.
The Red Beach development is located 34 minutes from Auckland CBD and captures the best of coastal living. Offering a combination of 3,4 and 5 bedroom single and two level stand-alone or terrace homes, the development features an all-encompassing home offering where families can grow and play.
With the beach just down the road, Red Beach is the new seaside suburb with playgrounds, local schools, public transport, retail and hospitality.
The architecture plays on the seaside location, referencing boatsheds in their simple, gabled form and materiality with a simple colour palette to match. Sliding doors create seamless indoor-outdoor flow onto private outdoor patio areas.
Natural Habitats was appointed to complete the landscaping ready for homeowners to move in including:
