Six award wins at the 2021 Property Council Awards.

Natural Habitats is thrilled to have been involved in five leading commercial properties that have received 6 award wins at the 2021 Property Council Awards. Winning 6 awards across the spectrum from commercial precincts to office parks and educational landscapes once again confirms Natural Habitats as New Zealand’s most awarded landscaper.
The 2021 Supreme award was won by PwC Tower, Commercial Bay where Natural Habitats built and now maintains the Sky Terrace.

Towering 7 storeys above ground level, the Sky Terrace had its challenges to overcome. Working at height required seamless deliveries of supplies via crane, while Natural Habitats worked around ongoing building construction. The nature of the project was intricate with six bespoke seats taking 6 months each to build and a plant palette that included rare and endangered coastal species, that prior to land reclamation would have called this coastal environment home.

Precinct Property Chief Executive Scott Pritchard says “The end of trip facilities, landscaped Sky Terrace, publicly accessible Sky Lobby and adjoining retail and hospitality make [PwC Tower, Commercial Bay] a world class commercial environment in New Zealand.”

Being part of 6 national awards is testament to Natural Habitats dedication to clients and the delivery of the highest level of landscaping services.
