09 Sep Mountain Fountain
- Through a carefully planned approach Natural Habitats ran a complicated project to schedule.
- Staffs extensive experience enabled us to work concurrently on both internal and external services to ensure we met project deadlines.
Natural Habitats successfully completed the installation of one of Auckland’s best known art works; Terry Stringer’s Mountain Fountain, 1981 from Aotea Square to its new location in the grounds of the Holy Trinity Cathedral, Parnell, 2010.
At night, the new and improved lighting dramatically showcases the sculpture against the Cathedral’s complementary roofline.
Natural Habitats has played a pivotal role in relocating Mountain Fountain into its new location. I would like to thank Natural Habitats for a ‘can do’ attitude and for meeting the challenges a project of this nature brings, including a very tight time frame. Mountain Fountain looks wonderful.”
