Congratulations to winners in our sponsored Property Council awards

Congratulations to winners in our sponsored Property Council awards

A big congratulations to international developer Frasers Property for its “Beaches” project which took out the top award in Natural Habitats sponsored Urban Land Developments award in the recent NZ Property Council awards.

“Beaches” at Coast Papamoa is the final ‘jewel in the crown’ of the wider Coast Papamoa Beach development, which has been 10 years in the making. The exclusive beachfront community was created by utilising the particular provisions of the Tauranga City Plan to form a neighbourhood of 23 properties, while preserving a culturally important dune, and 23 shares in the protection and maintenance of the adjacent Conservation Zone and the dune itself.

Being master-planned means that every street, every footpath and every tree has been planned to be in synergy with its spectacular coastal surroundings, which is also consistent with the remainder of the Coast development. As a result of this meticulous attention to detail, you will find additional features at Beaches over and above those found in standard subdivisions, including more street trees, beautiful timber boardwalks, cobbled inserts to walkways and landscaped garden beds.

Congratulations to owner and developer – Frasers Papamoa Limited, Landscape Architect – Boffa Miskell, and to Aurecon NZ Limited Limited Civil who were the Engineer Surveyors / Planners.

Winning merits in our sponsored award were Jennings Jersey Redevelopment, in Auckland submitted by Housing New Zealand Corporation, and the Richmond (Stage 1) development in Auckland submitted by the Wilshire Group.
