Natural Habitats has also recently been involved in the remodel of Botany Garden Lane, where a limited budget had to be used cleverly to achieve the impact desired.  The Lane’s new design focuses on use by children, especially under 5’s and provides a safe environment for children and a pleasant space for parents to enjoy also, or to stop for a coffee.

Our design aim was not to use mass produced play equipment, but to craft our own structures and features that appeal to children’s imagination as well as their sense of fun and adventure. As adults would use this space it had to be aesthetically appealing to them also.

The new garden area allows for movement through it, visibility over them, access to shops, areas to rest or mind children, café seating, and of course games to occupy the kids.
